What this site collects
If you use the contact form, we receive the fields you submit (name, work email, organisation, phone if you give one, industry, and your message). The form is delivered to contact@quaxarm.com by FormSubmit, a third-party form service. We use that information only to reply and to follow up on the enquiry.
If you email us directly, we see whatever you include in that email.
The on-site “Ask Quaxarm” guide runs in your browser. Questions and answers are not sent to Quaxarm servers.
This is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not run our own analytics or advertising cookies on these pages. Your browser may still request fonts from Google Fonts.
Products
Testora is offered as a Quaxarm software-as-a-service subscription. Aegis may be taken as a Quaxarm subscription or deployed in the client’s environment. Client information is treated as confidential and used only to provide the service. Formal product terms, including data handling, are agreed with the client in writing — not on this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and ordinary business records, then deleted or archived according to that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you from this site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry we no longer need. Write to contact@quaxarm.com. You may also have rights under the law that applies to you (including, where GDPR applies, a right to complain to a supervisory authority).
